Where exactly are the beacons? Is the plot flat or sloping, and where does rainwater flow?
How far is the nearest tarmac road, school, shopping centre and water supply?
Are power lines already in the area? What are the neighbours building?
Take photos and a pin from Google Maps so you can compare plots later.
